Printing Photos with Comments

Follow the steps below for information on how to print photos with certain comments.

Select photos you want to print with comments in the Select Photos window.

For how to select photos, see 1. Select Photos.

Configure the settings in the Select Paper window.

For details about the Select Paper window, see Select Paper Window.

Click the Layout and Print button, and then click the Image Correct button in the Layout and Print window.

Enter any comments in the Print Correction dialog box, and then click the Close button.

The comments are automatically overlaid on the selected photo.

Note:

The length of the comments is up to 60 characters. You can use only alphabets and numbers. However, the number of the characters fitting the selected layout may be less than 60.

Entering comments may not be available depending on the selected layout . For details, see Layout.

When you select a layout that does not support comments, the Comments text box is grayed out and you cannot enter any comments.

You can add one section of comments for each photo. When you select the quadruple layout marked "(4)", you can add comments for each of the four photos. The comments entered here are printed, aligned with the bottom-left corner of the photos.

Click the Print button to start printing.

To stop printing, click the Cancel button in the dialog box displayed during the printing. However, the printing cannot immediately be stopped depending on the PC's circumstances.
